Soon after an M.B.A. degree in 1974, Dr. Ahamed started to realize that the typical college education leaves the mind and soul lonesome and secluded.  In an effort to explain the human motivation, Maslow built the five level hierarchy of needs. Nevertheless, what is beyond Realization of the highest potential and who defines this dynamic profile and the structure of the Realization needs?  Perhaps what Maslow failed to see is that the individual infinity that a human being achieves in a personal dimension is still a very fragmented infinitesimal of a much larger and very well integrated Infinity.  So Syed started to look at a seven-layer hierarchy of needs that address the needs of the whole (body, mind and soul of a) human being rather than the abbreviated (body and mind of a) human being.  These two additional layers atop of the Realization needs are the Need for Unification and the Quest.  Both these layers drive to mind to map the soul and soul to map the Infinity.  Throughout these two uncharted maps lie the poems in the human profile like little pearls on a seashore that one picks to wonder if it is manifestation of a Unified Self (An Infinity of Syed) beyond ones own self (an infinity of Maslow).
